This education session will focus on the differences of cancer coding in ER, Inpatient, and oncology clinic visits. We will also have a case highlighting the Cancer Registry process. Example cases will be provided ahead of the education day, so that you are able to review and independently code the cases before attending this session.This presentation will walk-through how-to code each of the cases along with a description on how these codes were chosen, focusing on the cancer diagnosis, topography, morphology codes as well as staging. This session will only be an hour, therefore the results and presentation will be available after so that you are able to compare your coding and see how you and your team did.Presented by:
