This workshop will review your knowledge on coding injuries because of a fall using the source documents and verifying the coding rules with the CIHI Coding Standards. The ability to accurately interpret the source documents and locate the appropriate codes is critical to ensure high-quality data. Participants of this workshop will be able to review history, physical examination, operative, and radiology notes to consider how they would code this chart.
